THIS is the most heartbreaking story because it is centured around children while it is not even a seson long series the beatiful art and heartbreaking stroy makes you think war and how anime really can a story that is telling of today. this is not for children with rape and voilence i myself was disturbed but delighted that a story like this.

ABELIA she is commander hamdo right hand women he hits her and she does not believe in him,but it is better to be a fool then a slave to her.

HAMDO he is the tryrant that is terroliseing the people there. he is stupid and the devil to mnay he has n idea what the horror he is making people face or does he even care about them erther.

Tabuul he is real horror he truly believes that the war will end if he kills ore people at a point he does care about things anymore he just want to go home. he has lost his soul and has killed so much no matter what any one says he is doomed inside

Kazam a minor charcter if you think about the story but a carcter look at the anime to see why Sis

SIS-a great charcter who makes the story go full circle mostly about sara story line she is the adult among the children who is the mother in the story.

Suun a minor charcter that sara befriends one of the sis little girls that she takes car of.

Eramba a mercenary who trys to kill hamdo in the story as with all the people he hates him.

Shuzo "Shu" Matsutani- he is the main charcter all that he wants is to help lalu and help sarah. he learns that doing that. he will grow up way to fast and make choices no child should.

 

Lala-Ru- a mythical being that makes water but witha price. all she wants is to be free but she can not run fast enouph to do so.

 

Sarah- oh sarah she is the person who will understand the most hard ship will she survive her fate will she accept all that has happen to her only she knows.

Here is Nabuca and his trainee, Boo. Nabuca and Boo were taken from their families as children and made to serve in this army. Nabuca isn't completely lost to hatred yet and meeting Shyu starts to get him to think about things. Boo, on the other hand, is still only a little child and really doesn't have the stomach for real army things...yet, and this is where the tragedy will eventually unfold
